[Bug 281375] [NEW] Items in Application Launcher (K-Menu) Favorites cannot be re-ordered

Public bug reported:

The entries in the Favorites in K-Menu (Application Launcher Widget)
cannot be re-ordered -- ie. dragged and dropped to a different position
within the favorites menu. They have to be removed from favorites and
added again one by one in the order we want them to be.

Using:
KDE 4.1.2 Kubuntu Intrepid Beta
