[Bug 281083] [NEW] the IPfilter Plugin doesn't give any additional information

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: ktorrent

Version :- Ktorrent 3.1.2.

Expected Result :- The IPfilter Plugin should ideally show some
information as to the freshness of the database.

Actual Result :- It shows that a database is loaded and running but
nothing else about it.

Reproducible :- Always.
