[Bug 280786] [NEW] Konsole not listed in KDE Menu?

Binary package hint: kdebase

After updating from Hardy to Intrepid beta, I notice that I can't find
Konsole in the KDE applications menu. I thought it used to be in
"System" (and other terminals are usually in "Utilities"), but now I
can't find it. I apologize if this has been reported before or if this
is merely an artifact of my system.  /usr/bin/konsole is there, and it
will run if I call the command manually.
