[Bug 280430] [NEW] KNetworkManager doesn't show error message if certificate is expired (Wi-Fi WPA TLS)

Public bug reported:

If I try to connect to wi-fi access point secured with WPA TLS and I
have an expired certificate I just get error message with no reason. It
would be very useful if the error message contains reason - i.e. expired
certificate.

Unfortunately Windows can find out this problem and my friend with the
same problem had to tell me about that.

There is also no message in syslog.

** Affects: knetworkmanager (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
