[Bug 280093] [NEW] Add widget window sticks to edges in Plasma Dashboard

Public bug reported:

When opened the Plasma Dashboard (by clicking on the Show Dashboard
widget), the Add Widget window sticks to the edges of the Plasma
Dashboard:

Even when dragged, or being pulled away, it doesn't come off from the
edges.

Tested with:
Kubuntu 8.10 intrepid beta (6th Oct ISO)
