Binary package hint: dolphin

Dolphin display russian folders and files names incorrectly if you
access them by fish (ssh) protocol. And there is no way to change
display encoding (like in krusader). In the attached file there is
example of such situation. Target directory has russian folders name in
utf8.

my system:
gas at ws3:~$ uname -a
Linux ws3 2.6.27-5-generic #1 SMP Fri Oct 3 00:36:38 UTC 2008 x86_64 GNU/Linux

target system:
gas at ws2:~$ uname -a
Linux ws2 2.6.22-14-generic #1 SMP Tue Feb 12 02:46:46 UTC 2008 x86_64 GNU/Linux

If I mount the same directory as NFS share, everything is ok.
