I can confirm this; it was working fine until I updated this morning.
Running lancelot in the command line (which used to pop up the menu)
gives:

/usr/bin/scim

findServiceByDesktopPath: kinfocenter not found
findServiceByDesktopPath: adept not found
findServiceByDesktopPath: ooo-writer not found
findServiceByDesktopPath: ooo-impress not found
findServiceByDesktopPath: ooo-calc not found
findServiceByDesktopPath: inkscape not found
findServiceByDesktopPath: gimp not found
lancelot(18199): Communication problem with  "lancelot" , it probably crashed.
Error message was:  "org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.NoReply" : " "Message did not receive a reply (timeout by message bus)" "
