[Bug 278735] [NEW] Wishlist: KUser should have the functionality of "Users and Groups" applet from GNOME

Kubuntu Intrepid Beta 8.10.

Wishlist: when creating a new user with KUser one should the new user to
the groups. Currently this has to be done manually: in order to do it I
open some existing user, I look to which groups she/he belongs to and
carefully click appropriate groups.

In a typical situation the user usually is either a "desktop user" or
"administrator" and these two options should be given, for more complex
situation the administrator will be able to fine-tune the settings.
Similar functionality has "Users and Groups" program from GNOME.
