[Bug 278620] [NEW] Add language menu in System Settings contains duplicates

Fresh install of Intrepid, systemsettings version 4:4.1.2-0ubuntu2 ,
amd64

The ``Add Language'' menu in System Settings doubles each time you go to
install a new language.

Steps to reproduce:
System Settings -> Regional & Language -> Country/Region & Language -> Click the ``Add Language'' menu, you'll see something similar to:

British English
French
US English

Select ``Install New Language'', enter your password and then instead of
installing a language, hit Cancel. Select the ``Add Language'' menu
again and you'll see something similar to:

British English
French
US English
British English
French
US English

You can repeat this several times and watch the menu grow.
