Hrm, unless I'm not mistaken binary files (such as shader files and pngs
for cubecaps) can't be included in normal patches. Unless we can find a
suitable, clever way to deal with this otherwise we'll probably have to
remove cylinder and sphere for the final release to fix this. :-(

Oh well, one more reason to look forward to 4.2. ;-D
