[Bug 276790] [NEW] Adept has no option to re-install packages

Binary package hint: adept

As things stand in Kubuntu Intrepid, Adept does not have an option to
re-install packages like Synaptic does. I don't know if this is a bug or
an intentional oversight due to lack of time (wishlist material), but I
thought I'd put it on here either way.
