[Bug 302382] [NEW] knetworkmanager does not offer PAP second phase

Using (k)ubuntu 8.10 amd64, with knetworkmanger version
1:0.7svn864988-0ubuntu1

Knetworkmanager does not offer the Phase Two PAP mode, when using WPA
enterprise. This mode is supported by the gnome nm-applet. It is
required to connect in many places  (for example at the Universidad
Autonoma of Madrid or the CSIC) to the spanish branch of the academic
EDUROAM network.
