[Bug 298807] [NEW] kde network manager doesnt start, hangs at startup

im not sure i chose the right app up top, but here is what happens...
every now and again, when i start up the system the kde network manager doesnt load at all(or takes too long to load, since after a min or so i just re-log). it takes re-logging for it to truly start, so basically using wifi is a hassle/pain...

this did not happen right when i installed kubuntu, so either its a
regression of current bugs, or its something that happens after long
system ussage.
