[Bug 301090] [NEW] systemsettings->Appearance->Windows preview is drawn incorrectly

Public bug reported:

Minor issue, yet reproducible:

Goto System Settings->Appearance
Click on "Splash Screen" and then click "Windows". Observe the "preview" windows. The decorations aren't drawn properly and the previous screen's fragments still remain.
