sorry for this new bug report but I do not know how to report a generic bug that applies to many applications of KDE 4.1.3 (already in previous version of KDE-4) :

Now when the filer appears to propose a file name + a location where to
save a file if one click on an existing file to modify the name from
this present one a message pops up asking to confirm to overwrite
existing file without letting the user the possibility in an
intermediate step (as typically done before or in Gnome) to modify the
name of existing file.
