[Bug 300653] [NEW] KMail does not allow to define the format of encrypted messages any more

With KDE 3.5 (Ubuntu 7.10) I was able to define the message format of
encrypted messages on a per contact basis. This is necessary for
recipients using old software, that do not understand OpenPGP/MIME but
only old "inline-OpenPGP". With KDE 4.1 (Ubuntu 8.10) I cannot set this
any more and have to remember to set the encryption format whenever I
send a mail to one of these recipients.
