[Bug 297376] [NEW] Adept download progress FAILED text color is not red

Public bug reported:

Adept download progress FAILED text color (seen during "Fetch current package lists" in Sources) turns out to be black, which should be red as per code.
Looking into code shows small error that causes this problem.

Attached is a patched code.
