There was no problem in Launchpad as far as stripping msgctxt goes
(we've had some KDE templates marked as legacy KDEPO ones which exported
contexts as "_:context\n...", but that has been fixed as well). Martin
also tracked down the problem with Ubuntu language pack building, and
that should be fixed now as well (all explained in the "duplicate" bug).
