any idea, why I cant get the update?

"apt-get update" followed from
"apt-cache policy kdebase-bin" results in
kdebase-bin:
  Installiert: 4:4.1.2-0ubuntu4
  Kandidat: 4:4.1.2-0ubuntu4
  Versions-Tabelle:
 *** 4:4.1.2-0ubuntu4 0
        500 http://de.archive.ubuntu.com intrepid/main Packages
