[Bug 294340] [NEW] plasma crash on login due to desktop background setting

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kdebase-workspace

Changed some settings, all worked. After a restart plasma crashes
everytime on restart.

The following change in .kde/share/config/plasma-appletsrc make the
crash go away:
