[Bug 294320] [NEW] kubuntu systemsetting has mess with qt events

I have had a fight with kdm themes (other bug)
However I at a time did not notice that I had the login manager open (it was minimized)

Now I double-click Login Manager (which I would expect to raise the minimized login Manager Window)
Nothing happens. (This is acceptable though not the best behavior). 

Maybe I try to double-click it 2 or 3 times more.
(Sine I think I was not fast enough)

No I realize that I already has the 'login manager' opened.
I close it (cancel or x) - but now it opens again.
I close it again. It opens again.
(This is not how it should behave.)

I know this is a minor issue without high priority.
