[Bug 231933] [NEW] Kaffeine always assumes DVD is encrypted, even though no DVD in drive

Binary package hint: kaffeine

When latest Hardy Kaffeine fails to load a DVD, it always assumes that
the DVD is encrypted, instead of detecting whether there are other
causes, like the media not being present at all.

Steps to reproduce:

Click on the "Play DVD" button in Kaffeine when there is no DVD in your
tray.
