[Bug 148935] [NEW] quanta bluefish kompozer web editors are in different menus

This is in gutsy gibbon (7.10)  beta for Kubuntu.

The web editors quanta and bluefish end up in the menu 
   K->Web Development
whereas the web editor kompozer ends up in the menu
   K->Internet

They should all be in the same submenu.

Also, kompozer and bluefish lack a description like quanta has.
