Well, I am part of this upstream. There is no bug report, because it
would only ram up bugzilla, while everyone in the team is well aware of
this issue anyway.

But unless you volunteer for patching Amark 1 properly, and maintaining
this patch, I still think this bug should disappear in some black hole
instead of distracting people who try to get possibly fixable stuff
fixed.
