[Bug 244049] [NEW] add Extract And Compress options to menu in kde4 in 8.10

When i was surfing www.kde-apps.org i did see that some one created a
addon for kde4x a addon wich give in the menu services options to
compress maps and extract them.

I would like to see this adepted in kubuntu 8.10
