[Bug 243243] [NEW] guidance-power-manager shows wrong state of battery

Binary package hint: kde-guidance-powermanager

HP dv6780ew, Hardy

guidance-power-manager shows proper state of battery when AC is plugged.

However, when I unplug AC, it shows 100% charged battery *and AC
plugged*, while battery is discharging (and AC is unplugged of course).

Final result is that laptop is silently turning off.
