Well, I think this is a good hint:

** (gnome-mount:3710): WARNING **: Caught exception 'Another client is
already authenticating. Please try again later.'


I got this after I logged out, switched to a console. pkill -U all processes under my user name (from another user). Then went into /tmp and rm -fr * files as the user that's having the problems.

Once I logged in, I got the error mentioned above from ~/.xsession-
errors.

Hope this helps somebody fix this problem.
