Hello.
Yes, it does happen in Konqueror, too. Please see the attached screenshot.
It works when I navigate to the trash in Dolphin, mark the file(s) and choose "Delete (Shift + Delete)" option from the context menu. Then, the trash is kind of reset - I can delete and empty the bin one more time, and the next attempt is reproducing the bug.
