[Bug 239160] [NEW] Dynamic playlists ignore the track limitations of smart playlists

Public bug reported:

When playing a dynamic playlist with tracks originating from a smart
playlist, Amarok also picks tracks outside the "track limit" scope of
the smart playlist.

Example: User wants to play 15 random tracks from his or her top-100
(based on score):

Smart Playlist #1:
- Sort by score descending
- Limit to 100 tracks

Dynamic Playlist #1:
- Playlist source: Smart Playlist #1
- Limit upcoming tracks to 15

When playing Smart Playlist #1, the top-100 is correctly added.
When playing Dynamic Playlist #1, the 15 tracks added are NOT from top-100, but from the whole collection.
