Hi,

For me it can not be closed.

It is simple to reproduce:

1. Make a new mail with the following:
to: some-address
cc: other-address
bcc: secret-address

2. send the mail.

3. go to send-mail folder, and right click this message, then click Send 
Again

4. You will see:
to: some-address
cc: other-address

(and no bcc).
