[Bug 253099] Re: /home and /media folders have a question mark icon

The .directory files provided by kubuntu-default-settings specify the
"system" and "folder_home" icon for these, neither of which are in
oxygen.  The correct one for the home directory is user-home, but I
don't know which to use instead of "system".
