using hardy kubuntu

$ LANG=C apt-cache policy kubuntu-docs
kubuntu-docs:

when i click on the 'Kubuntu-Dokumentation' link in konqi i get: "No documentation available." (translated from german.)
cause:
the link its points to is: help:/kubuntu/
but
it needs to be: help:/kubuntu/index  (full path > help:/kubuntu/index/index.html)

This is in the german translation if it matters.
