[Bug 245591] [NEW] konsole: shortcut for new tab changed

version: 4:4.0.83-0ubuntu2

as of this version, the shortcut to open a new tab is ctrl-shift-n,
whereas it used to be ctrl-alt-n. Konsole is not gnome-terminal, is it?
