It seems to be fine with UTF-8 manual pages (which recently started to
be supported), so this should clear up eventually. Nevertheless, I think
konqueror should depend on man-db (>= 2.5.1-1) and have its man: backend
run the file you give it through 'man --recode UTF-8' in order to get a
file in an encoding it's happy with.
