I have the same problem. But xine-lib-1.1.8 didn't fix this issue for
me.

Ubunut gutsy
libxine=1.1.8-2ubuntu2~gutsy1
amarok=2:1.4.7-0ubuntu3

I used this stream: http://dradio-ogg.t-bn.de/dkultur_high.ogg
