[Bug 186365] [NEW] Please move xdg-user-dirs depend to "Suggests"

Binary package hint: nautilus

The "recommend" Nautilus now has on xdg-user-dirs has changed the
default presentation of Ubuntu Studio in a way contrary to how the devs
and users had planned.

Please move xdg-user-dirs depend to "Suggests" so Ubuntu Studio wouldn't
have to pull this. This used to only be a part of the desktop seed and I
feel thats a proper spot for the depend.

We are aware of the benefits the setup might have and feel they are best
for a desktop system.

This also effects kdelibs4c2a.
