[Bug 186142] [NEW] Some programs can't build with -Wl,--no-undefined

Public bug reported:

Qt4 is now build with -Wl,--no-undefined because of kubuntu_02_no_undefined.diff, but Bespin(for example) fails to build(see attached build log), I tried to build Qt4 without this patch and I can build Bespin without problem.
