[Bug 185452] kio keeps asking for login

I'm using kubuntu gutsy 64bit and kio seems unpredictable at best. It
works perfectly on my 32bit machine. When an application tries to use
kio, be it dolphin connecting to a remote host or kate saving a remote
file, I'm repeatedly asked for my login. I would say at least 2 times
before dolphin will show the directory and then a couple more as it gets
previews. Changing directories prompts more login requests. On my 32bit
machine I get asked once. After using it for a while it refuses to do
anything. I can see jobs stacked up in the process table, but nothing is
happening. It's practically unusable.
