[Bug 185460] knetworkmanager shows no interface available

Binary package hint: knetworkmanager

I've manual configuration provided by ISP for Internet access. I
configured it while using Kubuntu Hardy aplha 3(i386) live cd. I was
able to access internet using live cd. After installation manual
configuration is preserved for eth0, however I am not able to access
Internet anymore. When I click on knetworkmanager icon in system tray,
it shows "No Interface available" but when I right click on it and go to
"Manual Configuration", I can see my last saved manual configuration for
eth0.
