[Bug 185217] Please backport knetworkmamager so PPTP connections are possible

Please backport kdenetworkmanager (1:0.2ubuntu1-0ubuntu6) to Gutsy so
PPTP VPN connections are possible.  Without the fix from bug #151867,
Kubuntu 7.10 users are unable to connect to a Windows Server VPN without
complex workarounds.
