Public bug reported:

Flash doesn't work with latest version of konqueror 4:3.5.8-2ubuntu14

Latest flash 9.0.115.0 uses Xembed which is still not supported by
konqueror.

http://standards.freedesktop.org/xembed-spec/xembed-spec-0.5.html

4:3.5.8-2ubuntu7 version of konqueror introduced patches to support
Xembed and flash but flash is still not working with konqueror installed
on ubuntu with flashplugin-nonfree. Konqueror act like if flash was not
installed. I didn't test this on Kubuntu yet.

It seems to be already fixed in Debian unstable
