[Bug 183476] can't configure newly created panels

Binary package hint: kdebase

Add a second panel to a KDE desktop.

Right click -> "configure panel"

There is not option to configure the new panel. Just the first one.

The new panel creation procedure is clearly not updating whichever list
of existing panels is used by the configuration widget. Or to put it
another way the configuration widget is not checking to see if new
panels have been added.

A hack to force the reload of this internal list of panels would be:

% dcop kicker kicker restart
