[Bug 183279] kpdf fails to open pdf with uninformative error message

Binary package hint: kdegraphics

Bug #183271 causes KPDF to fail to open http://www.smile.co.uk/terms .
The error message is simply "Could not open <filename>". Evince manages
to give an "error 2" which is still uninformative but might at least
give a hint to the clueful.

(NB: this bug is not that the file fails to open - that's the above
linked bug in Poppler.)
