[Bug 181400] Kubuntu: ksynaptics should be installed by default on laptops

Public bug reported:

Just what the summary says. All notebooks have touchpads, and it seems
very strange that the configuration utility for them is not installed.

I installed Gutsy on my notebook, and had many problems with
accidentally tapping the touchpad. Installing ksynaptics solved it,
seems like the default settings are OK. So it's not only about not
having a configuration utility (which is bad in itself), but also having
to put up with the worst possible behaviour.

Also xorg.conf is not configured for ksynaptics. The module warns me
when I try to start it, to add the config option to the touchpad
section. But why can't it do it by itself?

** Affects: ksynaptics (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
