[Bug 181078] Kontact Distribution Lists MIA

Binary package hint: kaddressbook

On some recent upgrade (could've been Dapper -> Edgy, Edgy -> Feisty or
Feisty -> Gutsy), the Distribution Lists panel disappeared from
Kontact/KAddressBook.

I used to have a panel at the bottom of the KAddressBook screen that
listed my DLs, which I could edit, but now it's gone. For that matter,
clicking the "New Distribution List" button has no effect.

Where are my Distribution Lists?
