[Bug 196638] [NEW] [hardy] guidance-powermanager does not display right information on battery discharging or charging

I am running latest Kubuntu Hardy alpha on Dell Latitude D510 and when the battery is discharging the kde-guidance-powermanager does not display the right information.
It always shows the the battery level is 100%, if the battery was fully charged or is stuck at different value, if not fully charged. It always says "Discharging" and the time always 0:00h.
The level when discharging not on full battery is higher the the level it was showing a second ago, while charging.

It also shows time "0:00h to charge" when charging, but the battery
level is changing.
