[Bug 194936] [NEW] Hardy - Problem with shutdown and reboot with Intel X3500 82G35 Express Integrated Graphics Controller

In Kubuntu Hardy, I can not shutdown and reboot with K menù -> shutdown or reboot. 
I see a black screen with only mouse pointer but the system not freeze, then I press CTRL+ALT+F1 and I write a command line:
sudo /etc/init.d/kdm stop
sudo reboot or sudo poweroff
so the system reboot....but it is the only way.
Hibernation and suspension works, I don't have any problems.

xserver-xorg-video-intel version: 2:2.2.0.90-2ubuntu7
xserver-xorg version: 1:7.3+10ubntu5

With LiveCd Kubuntu Hardy Alpha4 I hadn't this problem
