[Bug 194136] [NEW] Brightness Special Buttons doesn't work in a UPI Laptop

When I push the special buttons to increase-decrease the brightness of
the screen they don't work.

and I've done the method 3 the output is:

Pushing the FN+F6 button that decreases the brightness and:

When I pres FN+F7 that increases the brightness.

The laptop identification:
