[Bug 188915] [NEW] kde-systemsettings needs python2.5-dev dependancy

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kdebase

KDE system settings require libpython2.5.so but it's not installed,
somewhere in the KDE packages needs to have the dependancy for
python2.5-dev added, specifically when I tried the user management
module it failed with the message that that lib could not be loaded.
