Please stop crossposting with the slow typing in Kmail problem. It has
been established that it is a separate issue. Feel free to file a new
bug on it and mention the new bug here.

As for the OP, there is still no solution to the problem of the delay in
the calendar. The proposal earlier in the thread to change / check
timezones does not solve the problem.
